Reading Coaches will be required to use their own confident reading skills to develop the literacy skills of adult readers who have difficulty with reading. You will meet with a reader for two half an hour sessions a week delivering the phonics based Turning Pages programme. Full training and support will be given.

Available Management Team roles include Volunteer Recruiter, Publicity Organiser, Treasurer, Venues Organiser. You will be part of an enthusiastic group working hard to support adults in Croydon learning to read.
