Are you a carer? Drop in to meet other unpaid carers like yourself.  Come to our carers’ café, every last Tuesday of the month between 1pm – 3pm

• Make new friends and enjoy so ‘you time’
• We will be offering free helpful advice from community experts, or just lending an ear in an informal setting over a warm drink
• We will also be offering delicious cakes/fruit.
