Join us for a series of relaxing yoga sessions tailored to improve your mental health, open to all abilities!
Welcome to Accessible Yoga!
This course is a gentle introduction for anyone new to yoga or exercise and is tailored to meet the needs of all participants. It combines yoga therapy and mindfulness. Yoga involves movement, holding positions and breathwork. Practicing yoga can improve your health, daily performance and mental focus whilst increasing your fitness levels.
We will be running 8 sessions of yoga from 24 April to 12 June.
Each session will need to be signed up to individually through Eventbrite.

Location: 54-56 Ormiston Rd
Equipment: We have mats and yoga blocks at the centre, however, you are welcome to bring your own mat with you.
Please wear clothing you can easily move in.
