Support for patients who have, or have had, cancer. A community based, face to face assessment/coaching in the borough, supporting patients to access physical activity, wellbeing groups, arts, welfare, volunteering, training and employment support.
Appointments are currently being offered for one to one consultations at Hackney Central Library & managed by the Bromley by Bow Centre. Please note, this is NOT a drop-in service. Phone 020 8709 9736 for an appointment.
