The Music Box Project offers young people a hands-on introduction to live events management, delivered in partnership with Finesse Foreva. By addressing the lack of diverse representation in the events industry, this programme provides a gateway to future opportunities by equipping participants with skills and connections that are often difficult to access.

Over 10 weeks, participants learn directly from industry experts, gaining insight into the mechanics of executing a successful event while building professional networks.

At the end of each cohort, they will put their skills into action by organising a vibrant live music showcase at a venue in Croydon.
