The Creative Empowerment Programme utilises music and podcasting as a tool for engagement while providing therapeutic mentoring to young people in alternative school provision. Delivered in partnership with Project 4 Youth Empowerment (P4YE) and Hope Pro UK, the programme offers a creative and supportive space for participants to develop their life skills.

Through six-week workshops, young people embark on a unique and engaging experience, learning the basics of DJing and creating podcasts on topical subjects where they can articulate their thoughts and feelings about life. At the end of each cohort, participants will demonstrate their new skills to their families and peers at showcase events.

Mentors will support young people in addressing the specific challenges they face, exploring career paths they are passionate about, and encouraging them to engage in weekly youth activities outside of their school setting - promoting a well-rounded approach to their personal growth and development.
